Noah Schwinghamer hails from the Badger State of Wisconsin. He moved to the Sacramento area in 2005 to attend law school at The University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
While at McGeorge, Mr. Schwinghamer wrote for the school’s Global Business and Development Law Journal. He was a recipient of the Dean’s scholarship, an Academic Achievement Scholarship, and he was inducted into the Traynor Honor Society. He graduated with distinction in the top 8% of his class in 2008.
For the last six years, Mr. Schwinghamer has focused on personal injury, premises liability, product defect, and medical malpractice law.
Mr. Schwinghamer is a scholar and commentator on the law. He has argued in front of the First and Third District Court of Appeals; his legal guides are used throughout the state; and his law blog reaches over 10,000 people per month.
Mr. Schwinghamer is a zealous advocate for his clients, routinely taking cases against Fortune 500 companies, billion dollar insurance companies, and government entities.
